Thank you to all who brought school supplies last week for Arise Africa. We will still be collecting tomorrow as our Zambian friends (in pic below) are in town, and will be taking the supplies back to Lusaka next week!! (Some of you may have even seen them at the PCPC VBS this week doing their thang.) We will still continue to collect supplies throughout the month of June as they have another team leaving for Africa in July.
Here are some students outside of Grace Community School, where the supplies will be given. These guys truly benefit from your generosity so thank you for donating.
3rd/7th: scissors, rulers, tape
4th/8th: pens, pencils, markers, crayons
5th/6th: staplers, paper clips, rubber bands
Tomorrow’s Armour Up theme is The Sock-ness Monster. And if you have a kid who loves to go ALL IN, we just received a new shipment of these ultra cool customized AU Nike socks. Last week, we almost sold out of these (if Will shows up tomorrow wearing multiple pairs then we will know why), so come on in and get a pair before he and Nathan snatch ’em all up. $30/pair.
