Despite the heat, we hope you are having a wonderful summer! For those of you in town, come cool off with us tonight for week 7. We’ve heard from some teenagers it’s going to be EPIC. And, according to my teen, they are always right.

For when your child’s eyes are crossed from too much screen time this summer, why not play a card game? Don’t know one? Have your son google some options. Then you will lose him to his iPhone or iPad. So maybe don’t. Either way, introduce him to some games and kick it old school. ($10/each. And if this seems expensive for playing cards, it is. I have learned that ‘customizing’ anything is the equivalent to putting a down payment on a small house. Please note that no profit is being made with this merchandise – I assure you!! 🙂
