We had a ‘time of reflection’ last night to review some of the important spiritual concepts we’ve discussed this summer. I think the kids may have been too literal in their interpretation.
Seriously, though. If you haven’t had a chance to listen to Will speak, we invite you to join us one Wednesday night. Last night he addressed where we should find our confidence. I’ll give you a hint: it has nothing to do with our performance, looks, achievements or even with US at all. Our WE WILL statement was ‘Because God is faithful, WE WILL be confident in Him.” Please click here for a quick recap of his message. To say that I am beyond grateful to have him speaking truth into my kids every week is an understatement. What a gift.
And Nathan (aka ‘Harv’).
How do we put into words the ingenuity he brings to this program? Nathan is a creative genius. If there was a MENSA club for graphics, I have no doubt he would be President. Nathan is in charge of all of our slides, videos, instagram posts (@armourupdallas), etc. Just ask your kids about AU SportsCenter and listen to their reaction. (If they don’t react, please don’t tell Nathan…that would just be a little embarrassing. And we’d hate for him to be impeached.)

(These may have been the only two kids who dressed for our Christmas in July theme this week, so they, too, deserve an ARM UP.)
(On a side note, we totally caught Will in this moment. I believe we are witnessing ARM UP training at its best.)

We have two more weeks at PCBC then we will be moving over to Biggers Gym for the month of August. Please don’t forget to move with us or it could get a little awkward for you and the guy at the PCBC activity desk.
