We will have a handful of Red, White & AU t-shirts available this Wednesday night (7/1) at the AU store. Celebrate USA’s win over Germany in the World Cup or celebrate our country’s freedom by sporting these patriotic shirts ($20/each). (The majority of shirts are youth large and youth extra large with just a tiny offering in adult sizes FYI.)
In other news, some of our AU boys (& little sisters) headed over to Presbyterian Village North to play Bingo on Monday afternoon with Will Washington. Part of Armour Up’s mission statement is to ‘demonstrate God’s love to others’, so we decided that nothing says love like B-I-N-G-O. We will be going again on August 10th, so please email us at info@armourupdallas.com if you are interested. (They will only allow 10 kids at a time, so if there is enough interest we will open up additional dates. )
Lastly, if you don’t know who Tim Hawkins is, we need to change that right now. Tim Hawkins is quite possibly the funniest (clean) comedian I have ever heard. And he just happens to be a Christian. We attended his concert last year and my cheeks hurt for days afterwards from laughing so hard. The best part? Watching my kids laugh for 2 hours solid. It’s good for the soul. Tim is coming to the Dallas area again Saturday, January 30th, and I promise you won’t regret purchasing tickets to his concert!
